COCO PEAT
Coco peat also known as coir pith. coir fibre pith, coir
dust, or simply coir, is made from coconut husks, which
are byproducts of other industries that use coconuts.
Coco peat primarily consists of the coir fibre pith or
coir dust which is obtained by processing coconut husk
and removing the long fibres. The coco peat which is
obtained can hold large quantities of water, just like a
sponge. It is used as a replacement for traditional peat
in soil mixtures, or, as a soil-less substrate for plant
cultivation.
Coir waste from coir fiber
industries is washed, heat-treated, screened and graded
before being processed into coco peat products of
various granularity and denseness, which are then used
for horticultural and agricultural applications and as
industrial absorbent. Usually shipped in the form of
compressed bales, briquettes, slabs or discs, the end
user usually expands and aerates the compressed coco
peat by the addition of water. A single kilogram of coco
peat will expand to 15 litres of moist coco peat.
GROW BAG
Grow bags are a very useful growing medium in gardening and
greenhouses. It provides a perfect growing environment for a
wide range of vegetables, fruits and flowers. Grow bags are
ideal for plants that don’t have deep roots and it is widely
used in tomato, lettuce and strawberry cultivation. Grow bags
are the alternative method of planting directly into
greenhouse soil. The space could be used more efficiently
throughout the year and high yields from a small space. The
plants would not get infected by soil-borne diseases
The specialty of the grow bags is that it saves a
lot of time and labour that you spend on preparing your garden
or greenhouse. With the help of these special bags, you will
not have to tire yourself with the works like digging or soil
preparation. Everything will be provided by us. Our grow bags
are designed with special kind of holes which helps you to
plant your tree efficiently. Thus, you can say that the grow
bags are the perfect replacement for the pots for using in the
garden or greenhouses.

COCO FIBER
Coir fibre is the major product that is extracted from the
coconut husk. Coir fibres have a multitude of different
applications and they are available in blocks and bales as
well. The coir fibres are generally used in the production of
ropes, mats and mattresses.
The coir fibres that
are extracted from the inner layer of the outer part of the
coir husk are used in large scale production of the ropes,
mattresses and brushes.

COCO CHIPS (HUSK CHIPS)
The husk chips are one of the major by-products obtained from
the coconut husks while extracting the coir fibre. The husk
chips are very useful for various types of gardening works.
They are ideally used in flower beds in the gardens. The
extensive use of the husk chips is witnessed in the orchids
and anthurium.
The coconut husk chips are
generally obtained in larger chunks which are then cut into
smaller pieces. We sell husk chips in three different sizes 10
mm; 10-15 mm and 15-20 mm respectively which have several
applications in the nursery of the orchids and anthurium.
TWISTED COIR ROPE
The Curled Coir that we manufacture from Coconut Fiber is
highly regraded for its strength and durability. We fabricate
the Curled Coir out of aged brown Coir Fiber, which is made
from modern technology.
Curled Coir has versatile
application. The coir that we manufacture serves as the base
of Coir mattresses, Coir cushions, Carpet underlay, seat
cushions and rubberized Coir pads. Our expertise in the field
has made us one of the most reputed coconut coir rope
fabricator.
COIR MATTRESS
We produce rubberized coir mattress bare of different
densities. This coir mattress bare are 100% natural &
eco-friendly which is produced at the facility with certified
quality standards.
We can produce different
densities and various sizes of fiber & latex ratios as per
customers’ requirements. Machine Twisted fiber and Natural
latex are the raw materials for the production of Rubberized
Coir. Rubberized Coir is used in the manufacturing of mattress

COIR GEO TEXTILES
Coir geo textiles are best for controlling soil erosion and conditioniing soil. Made from coir fiber, they are naturally resistant to rot and moulds and is cheaper than synthetic geo-textiles.
They have variying densities depending on their application. Over a period of time the eco friendly and biodegradable coir distegrates completely, leaving only humus.

COIR FIBRE LOG
Coir Logs are a biodegradable erosion control product for hills, banks, shorelines, and other erosion prone areas. These coir fiber logs create a natural control area that helps establish growth and control erosion. Coconut coir logs have been effectively used for erosion control in restoration projects, stabilization areas, and construction job sites.
Standard design of the coir log features strong biodegradable erosion control materials of outer coir twine netting that surrounds a mixture of mattress coconut coir. An erosion control coir roll has a typical lifespan of 2 to 5 years.

Coir Needle Felt
Coir needled felt are non-woven fabric made out of 100% coir fiber. The fabric is composed of coir fiber randomly needle punched to the desired degree of compaction.
The needled felts have excellent moisture absorption and retention characteristics and form an ideal medium for plant growth. The fiber is mechanically bonded or interlocked to form a continuous length of sheet. No bonding material is used in the manufacture process.
It can be manufactured in thickness ranging from 10 mm to 15 mm with a density varying from 500 to 1500 g/sq.m. Felt is used as semi-permeable membrane to retain the coir pith and to give volume to the ready-made coir Eco lawn. It helps in creating a micro climate, which enhances plant development.
In the construction of embankment, coir needled felts acts as separator, filter, and filter reinforcement and facilitates drainage. Features of coir needled felts are non-woven fabric with interlocked fiber Resilient product of porous structure Low thermal conductivity coupled with good sound absorption co-efficient Light material, easy handling and application economical cost product made of natural fiber.
Environmental Benefits
Coir is a material which is widely used to overcome the problem of erosion. When non woven into geotextiles and placed on areas in need of erosion control it promotes new vegetation by absorbing water and preventing top soil from drying out. Coir geotextiles have a natural ability to retain moisture and protect from the suns radiation just like natural soil, and unlike geo-synthetic materials, it provides good soil support for up to three years, allowing natural vegetation to become established.
